Tender are invited for Document and Workflow Management Software System
Project Description : This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a Document and Workflow Management Software System, applicable training, and support. The software system would need to be scalable to suit the various needs of the institution from the enterprise level. The software proposed is to be commercially available prior to the RFP Submission Deadline.Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with Red Deer Polytechnic. It is Red Deer Polytechnic-s intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The terms of the agreement will be negotiated with the selected proponent with the initial term likely to be five (5) years with the possibility to renew for additional periods.
