Description:
The City of Port Alberni (CPA or The City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced firms or consortiums for the replacement of docks across various waterfront locations. After the RFEOI period has closed, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will or may be issued at the beginning of 2026 to those who successfully pre-qualified from their submission to this Expression of Interest. This expression of interest is being issued with the intention of creating a qualifying list of interested and qualified respondents. Only the resulting list of pre-qualified proponents will be able to submit for consideration to the resulting RFP. This initiative supports the City's commitment to revitalizing its waterfront infrastructure to better serve recreational, commercial, and community needs
