- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the Roof Replacement for SaskTel's North Battleford 02 location as further described below (the “Deliverables”): This project is for the removal and replacement of the roof at our North Battleford 02 building, located at 1242 99th Street, S9A 0P5. The existing roof has water in the roof assembly, is using older construction details and installation practices. The new roof system uses state of the art construction details, installation practices and materials. Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate. A mandatory site meeting & walk through for all bidders will be held on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 @ 11:30am. Contractors need to attend and view the sites to be completely familiar with the conditions present at the location and any factors that may apply to the work required in this RFP.
