- This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatoon Public School Division (“SPS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Division Photographic Services as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The successful proponent will be expected to handle student and staff pictures and retakes in the fall of each year. Schools also require composite boards of staff, SRC and graduates. Some schools may require other services such as additional student pictures taken at the beginning of each quarter. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm Saskatchewan Time, May 6, 2025, by email only with reference to RFP number and title in subject line of email.
