SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFQ are as follows:CBC/Radio-Canada is looking to maintain the software version of both our Diva and Library systems and therefore are seeking a single supplier to provide phone and onsite service calls. CBC-Radio Canada will be updating our Diva software version and transitioning LTO tapes and drives in both our Montreal and Toronto archive storage over the next year.CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Quotations for the supply of a service level agreement for support of our Diva Archive software v 7.6.2 (v8.3.2-TBA), and StorageTek (S18500) tape library software and hardware replacement/repair in Montreal and Toronto.An Agreement resulting from this RFQ may be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one year period(s).2.
