Detailed_Description : Request for Bid for the provision of Emergency Goods and Supplies Procurement RFB1 2025/26 for the Ministry of Emergency Preparedness and Response for emergency response activities for Ontario.
Scope of Work : MEPR requires goods and supplies for emergency response activities that are caused by natural disasters in Ontario. MEPR is undertaking this procurement to acquire supplies and equipment to align with government-s priority of making Ontario more practice, prepared and resilient in the face of disasters. The province plans to procure emergency preparedness and response equipment and supplies including generators, heaters, cots, communication systems, woodchippers, and other supplies to support communities impacted by emergencies. Procuring these specialized equipment and supplies will facilitate emergency response deployments to communities affected by hazards or natural disasters.The goods and supplies are required by March 15, 2026. Goods are expected to be delivered to a Supply Ontario warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area.
