Description : This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from prospective Proponents for the provision to jointly develop energy infrastructure to de-carbonize different facilities within Island Health. The initial project will be for parts of Victoria General Hospital and Regional Laundry through district energy solution, and/or Royal Jubilee Hospital as described in the NRFP.
