• Description:
• This Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) provides an opportunity for interested and qualified Respondents to submit a response to the City of Burnaby (“City”) for the opportunity to develop the land at 3990 Marine Way by:
  acquiring the fee simple interest in the site;
  entering into a prepaid 60- or 99-year ground lease of the site
  entering into a commercial lease agreement; or
  entering into a partnership or joint venture with the City.
  This open RFEOI process welcomes submissions from all interested and qualified parties, and prioritizes Proposals that support broad community access, financial sustainability, and alignment with City priorities.
