- The City is looking to hire a Supplier to provide excess soil to one or more Landfill Site(s), Disposal Site(s) or Class 1 Soil Management Site(s) (herein referred to as “Receiving Site(s)”) that is approved by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) that hold required Certificate of Approval (C of A) or other environmental compliance approvals to accept excess soil and provide ongoing service and support as needed by the City. The Receiving Site(s) are to be located within thirty (30) kilometer radius from the City of Mississauga, Mavis Yard Works Depot, located at 3185 Mavis Road.
