DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals to retain a qualified and experienced engineering consulting firm to provide comprehensive natural gas pipeline engineering design, pipeline specifications and standards, regulatory support, and construction-phase engineering services for the Dispatchable Capacity Project (DCP) and the Brandon Capacity Project (BCP) (currently in the planning and approvals phase) in Brandon, Manitoba.
