Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as required precedent to contract award will render the bid non-responsive.This requirement provides arrangements for a site visit that is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Bidders who do not confirm attendance, provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, or who do not complete and submit the requested certification as required will not be allowed access to the site.BIDS RECEIVED BY FAX AND EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED AS OFFICIAL. BIDS RECEIVED IN-PERSON OR BY COURIER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. The only acceptable email address for responses to bid solicitations issoumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca.
