A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of one (1) Discer (Disc Plows). The Discers are intended to replace old discers that have exceeded their lifespan. The Discers should be delivered as soon as possible, but must be delivered before 31 May 2021. The Discers are used to create a critical Fire-Break along the edge of the road at the Cold lake ranges for fire prevention. These Fire-Breaks are mandatory as they are required for emergency evacuation of the area. The priority is to disc (till earth) along both sides of roads to clear at least 150m for a fire break, which will provide safe passage of vehicles in case of emergency.
