The Discers are intended to replace old discers that have exceeded their lifespan. The Discers should be delivered as soon as possible, but must be delivered before 31 March 2021. BackgroundThe Discers are used to create a critical Fire-Break along the edge of the road at the Cold lake ranges for fire prevention. These Fire-Breaks are mandatory as they are required for emergency evacuation of the area.
