Description:
The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide Post-Secondary Sick and Disability Accommodations (Non-Occupational), Short Term Disability Claims Management, Mental Health Counselling (including in-person & remote services) and Return to Work Services for the Purchaser's employees.Scope of ServicesThe scope of this offering is fully insured as the Preferred Proponent will also manage payment of disability benefits. The Purchaser pays 100% of the costs for absences.The Preferred Proponent will support the Purchaser's employees across a range of needs. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Return to Work Coordination (e.g. drafting of application forms) WSIB Claims Management Advisory Services Attendance and Absence Management Consultation Accommodations Services (excluding sick leave-related accommodations) Illness/Injury Reporting covering both Occupational and Non-Occupational cases. Please note that most claims would be non-occupational cases. Ongoing Case Management Psychological Claims Management (including Injury/Illness reporting and coordination) Transition Support from Short-Term to Long-Term Disability Appeals and Monitoring Process and Procedures Mental Health Support Services (i.e., training, coaching, and delivery method options such as remote or in-person) Complaint Resolution Mechanisms Any other relevant or value-added services offered
