Description : We invite experienced vendors that know the ins and outs of records management and enterprise content management (ECM) that can bridge workflow automation, records, and ECM, to spearhead our "Digital Transformation" initiative into a managed service. We seek a collaborative partnership to own the initiative to work with our business directly to evolve from our existing blend of paper-based files, disorganized digital assets, semi-implemented document repositories, and partially automated workflows. Our aim is to seamlessly transition to a fully integrated, reliable Laserfiche solution. Some key objectives encompass workflow automation, streamlined forms management, incorporation of digital signature protocols, meticulous metadata cataloging, process and policies, and efficient scanning/importing procedures. This would include coordinating all the efforts to get us fully digital and working on this system. A paramount goal is to refine the records management system in alignment with CGSB standards and retention bylaws, simplifying it to a level where specialized knowledge becomes non-essential, thereby minimizing staff knowledge of records management.
