- BCIT invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) to provide digital project management services for its facilities asset management and space management systems. The selected Proponent must demonstrate the ability to manage projects withdigital deliverables and fulfill multiple requests. The Digital Project Manger will be engaged by BCIT on an as/if/when basis using Work Orders derived from a master service agreement. The engagement is initially for 1 year but may potentially be extended to multiple years depending on the number ofprojects undertaken and/or BCIT's budget.
