Description:
The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) is inviting Bids from experienced and qualified service providers to furnish all labour, materials, services, transportation, and incidentals to provide digital orthophotography of the entire Halton region on an alternate-year basis and to update the elevation and contour data sets and provide other services specified in this document. Participating Agencies intend to retain the successful Bidder (the “Vendor”) as a service provider for the work specified in this document and all related requirements for a period of up to six (6) years.
Participating Agencies periodically update their vector topographic data and buildings. The City is leading the bid call on behalf of the Participating Agencies. The cost of the work included in the Bid Pricing table will be split between Participating Agencies. The Vendor shall invoice each Participating agency based on a pre-decided percentage established by Participating Agencies, which will be communicated to the Vendor after the award. Services not covered in this document as well as item(s) included in the Provisional Pricing table shall be provided when ordered by Participating Agencies and invoiced separately to the Participating Agency ordering it.
