Description : The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: a full-time consultant resource acting as the Program Director to provide program support for the WCB's Digital Modernization Program. Description of Services The WCB requires the Contractor to provide a full-time resource who will be responsible for leading the Digital Modernization Program (the "Program Director"). The Program Director will be responsible for management and oversight of the Digital Modernization Program from start to conclusion, including but not limited to, the following:a) provide daily program management throughout the program life cycle; b) build, communicate, and manage an integrated program plan (IPP); c) manage the program budget; d) manage risks and issues, and take corrective measurements; e) coordinate the projects within the program and manage their interdependencies; f) manage resource utilization of WCB staff and vendors across the project steams; g) support WCB stakeholder communication; h) align deliverables (outputs) to the program "outcome" with the aid of the program business owners; i) provide direction to WCB project managers; j) develop and implement the r...
