This Negotiated Request for Proposal ("NRFP") invites Proposals from prospective Proponents for the provision of a Digital Evidence and Disclosure Management System ("DEMS") solution to the Ministry of the Attorney General primarily for use by the BC Prosecution Service, consisting of a DEMS delivered as a Software as a Service and related IT professional services that are compliant with the Province's data residency in Canada and other privacy requirements.
The Ministry of Attorney General is seeking Proposals to provide and implement a DEMS across the province of British Columbia. At a high-level, DEMS should possess the ability to:
