Description:
The Airport Authority is seeking a supplier that can supply, install, and support large digital Flight Information Displays. The supplier shall play role of Digital Display solutions system integrator for Airport Authority-s immediate and ongoing Digital Displays requirements. The initial project is the optimization of Flight Information Displays in the Domestic Terminal Building (DTB), which will start in early 2025. The Work is anticipated to include the installation of eight (8) 85” to 100” LCD displays and four (4) 250” to 300” LED displays, fourteen (14) 1 x 3 70” to 100” LED column wrap displays, and twenty-one (21) double sided ~ 5- x 1.5-LED curbside displays. In addition to the immediate requirement of Project, the Successful Proponent may be required to provide consultancy and services for future Airport Authority requirement pertaining to display products.Proposal documents may be obtained on or after November 18, 2024, by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority's Supply Chain Office via email at Proposals@yyc.com and cc: SnehalC@yyc.com.Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to The Calgary Airport Authority-s Supply Chain Office, via the instructions posted in the RFP documents.
