• The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites bids from qualified bidders in response to this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) to provide a Digital Aerial Imagery Solution(s) that obtains data through aerial collection, provides collected data, supports data sharing visualization and analysis of the City in both 2D and 3D for our ESRI, Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, VertiGIS, Infor Public Sector, TopoDOT, Summit Evolution and Trimble Sketch-Up software systems for Operations, Engineering, Design and Planning.
  The goal of this NRFP is to provide municipal staff with various products, skills, and tools to support the wide variety of use cases for digital aerial imagery and 3D models. The City is continually improving its digital aerial imagery and derivative products and expanding 3D visualization and analysis in its daily workflows, and this NRFP will allow us to continue this implementation.
  The City is seeking a solution that is capable of meetings its business and operational needs for an initial term of up to five (5) years with an option to extend the agreement for up to an additional five (5) year term.
  There are twelve (12) components that comprise the annual deliverables within this NRFP for Digital Aerial Imagery. They are:
  Part A - Digital Colour Aerial Imagery and Stereo Model
  Part B - High Resolution Orthomosaic
  Part C - Oblique Imagery
  Part D - 3D Mesh Imagery
  Part E - Infrared Digital Aerial Imagery - Optional
  Part F - Digital Vector (Planimetric/Topographic) Datasets
  Part G - Digital Terrain Model (DEM, DSM, Contours)
  Part H - Aerial LiDAR (including LiDAR Point Classification)
  Part H1 - LiDAR Point Classification - Optional
  Part I - 3D Point Cloud
  Part J - LOD 2.5 City-wide Massing Model Maintenance - Optional
  Part K - LOD 2.5 City-wide Massing Model Image Draping - Optional
