Project Description : NOTICE OF TENDEREMAILED tenders will be received by the NB Power until May 13, 2021 at13:30 PM local time for the following:TENDER DOCUMENT # XXXX-21-S442PROVISION OF DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OFELECTRICAL APPARATUS INSULATING LIQUIDSTRANSMISSION SERVICES, FREDERICTON, NEW BRUNSWICKNOTICE REGARDING COVID-19The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time totime to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impededby the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act ingood faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances ofthe pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts tocomply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. Noparty will require or encourage any person acting on its behalf to violatethe terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which wouldplace such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus.Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email toAllTenders@nbpower.com.
