The work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the new boat storage building. In general, the work under this contract will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:1. Demolition of the existing trailer.2. Construct and commission a new boat storage building.3. Install weeping tile and floor trench drain piping to outlet locations. 4. Coordinate with local utility for overhead power supply, routing and installation. 5. Connect services including water and power and make ready for use. 6.
