- The RDKB requires the development of a Water Master Plan that covers assessing the current state of the Water Service and establishing a strategy to address required improvements and developments over the next 10-, 20- and 30-year time horizon. A key component of the strategy is to incorporate future climate conditions and water demands. The completed Water Master Plan will give the RDKB a complete understanding of the Water Service and provide an understanding of the timeline and costs with prioritized upgrades necessary for the Water Service over the 10-, 20-, and 30-year time horizon.
