Description:
The Ministry of Health (Ministry) is seeking proposals for the development of a provincial cultural safety and humility on-line training course for environmental health officers (EHOs) that focuses on the importance of traditional Indigenous food (traditional foods), with particular emphasis on regional foods that are representative of First Nations communities in British Columbia.

The Proponent must provide two (2) references for a Reference Check.

The Proponent must provide a statement that they self-identify as Indigenous. This could mean an Indigenous-owned company, at least in part.

The services will be performed at the successful proponent-s place of business. Expenses will not be reimbursed.

The term of the Contract is expected to be from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027. At the sole discretion of the Ministry, the Contract may be extended for two 1-year extensions.
The approved budget for the initial phase is $200,000.
