- The Township of Scugog is seeking the services of a qualified consultant, or consulting team, to conduct a comprehensive review of the Township-s Development Application Review Process (“DARP”) with the aim to: service effectiveness and efficiency, in accordance with the Township-s Strategic Plan objectives, thereby supporting timely community development. The purpose of this review is to identify and address gaps, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements, and make recommendations that would facilitate a streamlined review and approval process of Planning Act applications and building permit applications under the Building Code Act, 1992.
