The Town of Saugeen Shores is seeking qualified developers who can provide Build to Suit industrial/commercial projects for companies interested in locating in Innovation Park, Saugeen Shores.Interested, qualified developers will be added to a list that the Town will provide to companies looking for developers who can assist with their proposed projects in Innovation Park.The Town will not be responsible for final decisions made by each individual company; and will not endorse any specific developer on the list of qualified developers. It will be up to each company to do their due diligence before selecting their preferred developer. The list provided by the Town will be used to pre-filter developers who are qualified and interested in working on projects in the Innovation Park.
