- This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to select a Mechanical Contractor as the prime contractor for Project # F331-00: Detwiller Chilled Water Heating Hot Water Pumps Replacement at the UBC Hospital Detwiller Pavilion. The project is to demolish existing aged (4) chilled water and (1) hot water pumps at Detwiller Pavilion and install new pumps complete with new housekeeping pads, VFDs, electrical wiring and piping connection as needed. The anticipated overall Ready for Takeover Date is February 2026.
