Introduction:PMG Technologies is operating the Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test Centre (MVTC) located in Blainville, Quebec. PMG Technologies is planning the following sole source purchase.Required equipment:As part of a test program on automated and connected vehicles, Transport Canada is currently in the process of acquiring equipment to record warnings emitted by the test vehicles. The test equipment required consists of: 1 x Audio and Visual Alert Detectors for signals emitted by Advanced Driver Assistance Systems in vehicles Possibility of selecting 3 frequency bands or more Possibility of selecting 3 patterns or more Possibility of selecting 3 colors or more The required specifications for the equipment will be supplied upon a request to the contact person.Note: In order to expedite the process and provide a reasonable lead time to the contractor, this call for tenders is being issued in advance of final funding confirmation. This call will be cancelled in the event that funding is not granted. PMG and Transport Canada assume no responsibility for any costs incurred by a bidder in response to this call for tenders. All costs incurred by a bidder in response to this call for tenders remain the sole responsibility of the bidder.
