Detailed Design and Engineering Services for Kennedy Road (Y.R.3) From 14th Avenue (Y.R. 71) to Highway 7 (Y.R. 7)
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services with respect to the above noted Services. The Services include, but are not limited to, the detailed design, construction tender package, and any associated engineering services for this assignment. The project will involve improving the Kennedy Road corridor by widening from four lanes to six lanes in the City of Markham. Bids will be accepted from the following list of pre-qualified contractors as per Pre-qualification No. PQ-20-70: • SNC Lavalin Inc. • AECOM Canada Ltd. • CIMA Canada Inc. Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. The Bidders- Information Meeting will be held virtually, on October 16, 2020 via Microsoft Teams.
