Summary Details:
Bids must be submitted by email to Bridget.Brohman@gov.bc.ca. Bids or proposals submitted by mail or fax cannot be accepted in response to this Invitation to Quote.
Delivery of Goods must occur by March 31st, 2022.
A "Tax Verification Letter" means a letter issued by the Province's Ministry of Finance to verify that the Quotation bidder meets its applicable British Columbia Provincial ("Province") corporate income tax filing obligations and Province sales tax (PST) filing and payment obligations, which may be required to be produced by a bidder as a condition of receiving a Purchase Order:
If the successful bidder's Quotation is equal to or greater than $100,000 CAD, before a Purchase Order will be issued, the successful bidder will be required to provide the Province with a valid Tax Verification Letter issued by the Province's Ministry of Finance to verify that the successful bidder meets its applicable Province corporate income tax filing obligations and Province sales tax (PST) filing and payment obligations.
If the successful bidder is not able to produce the required Tax Verification Letter within five (5) Province business days of the successful bidder being notified by the Province that the bidder is the successful bidder, then the Province will be entitled to disregard such bidder's Quotation ...
