Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Regional Municipality of York (the Region) is seeking quotations from qualified and competent firms to undertake the professional consulting services. The Supplier shall supply all labour, materials, transportation, and equipment to complete a Designated Substances and Hazardous Material Surveys (DSHMS) for each facility listed in Appendix E (individually a “Facility” and collectively the “Facilities”). The Supplier must also provide a DSHMS report supporting their findings from the survey, identifying all eleven (11) Designated Substances identified in O. Reg. 490/09 - Designated Substances.For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any proposal received from proponents who answers “no” to any of the questions in Appendix I - BIDDERS QUALIFICATION CHECKLIST, the Bid Submission will be deemed to be non-compliant and rejected from further consideration.
