- LFRFP 250020, Design and Tender Package Preparation for Passing Lanes and Resurfacing on Highway No. 41 Project Description: The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is planning for the implementation of passing lanes on Highway No. 41, from its junction with Highway No. 5 east of Saskatoon, to its junction with Highway No. 2 at Wakaw. This project will include 5 sets of passing lanes. The project also includes resurfacing on Highway No. 41 from 21 km southwest to 37 km southwest, and Aberdeen to 18 km southwest.
