RFP 250042, Highway No. 16 Near Saskatoon Surfacing Design Please Note: Only the prequalified firms that have been shortlisted in RFQ 230069 are invited to submit a detailed proposal to provide engineering services for the above noted project. The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways is planning resurfacing on Highway No. 16 in both the northbound and southbound lanes. The project limits on Highway No. 16 include the northbound lane from approximately 0.15 km south from the eastern end of the bridge guardrail over Highway No. 11 to approximately 0.50 km north of its junction with 71st Street and on Highway No. 16 in the southbound lanes from approximately 0.50 km north of its junction with 71st Street to the gore of Highway No. 16 and Highway No. 11 for a combined project length of approximately 7.64 km.
