- DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES:The Services include the following activities and deliverables (non-exhaustive), see the details for the Phases of the Services in the Technical Requirements, Appendix C: An engineered telecommunications system to enable monitoring, control and management of remote intelligent electronic devices installed on the Purchaser-s system. Refer to Appendix D - Existing Wimax Radio System and Appendix E - Wimax list, and Appendix F - OT Network Topology (simplified). RF studies for cell and radio end points to determine antenna location, elevation, and azimuth. High- and Low-Level System Designs, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), FAT reports, Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), CAT reports. Engineered drawings and work descriptions for remote device installations. (Drawings and work descriptions will be based on site details provided by the Purchaser). Hardware, software, routers, radios, antennas, and miscellaneous materials required to install and commission the engineered telecommunications system. Commissioning procedure for NMS and remote devices. Technical support as required for the Purchaser to install and commission the NMS and remote devices. Maintenance and software patching requirements. Hardware and software tools for troubleshooting and maintaining system. Equipment configuration templates and educate/train Purchaser-s staff on how to develop templates. Multi-year service agreement for maintenance and expansion of the system. System training a...
