- Mitaanjigamiing First Nation (MFN) has an immediate requirement for additional housing to accommodate current members as well as future growth within the community. Mitaanjigamiing First Nation requires consulting engineering services for a new subdivision lot development. A Subdivision Feasibility Study and preliminary subdivision layout have been completed and consists of 28 residential lots. The Engineering services required for the subdivision shall include:• Project Management• Topographic Survey• Geotechnical Investigation if required• Environmental Investigation• Conceptual Design i.e. 33% (Road, Watermain, Illumination) including Design Brief• Detail Design i.e. 33%, 66% (Road, Watermain, Illumination)• Tender Management (Provisional)• Contract Administration and Inspection Services (Provisional)Please refer to the Terms of Reference (20250310_ENG_MFN_Terms of Reference_ Subdivision Detailed Design) for more details.
