- This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) MODC-T-2024-017A is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (“MODC”), on behalf of the Chester Fire Services Committee (“CFSC”), to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the provision of a final design, construction documents, and construction phase services for a new fire station in the Village of Chester, as further described in Part 4 RFP Deliverables. A separate RFP will be issued for Project Management services for the project as RFP MODC-T-2024-017B. Please note: bidders must choose whether to respond to this Design Services RFP or to the related Project Management services RFP. Bids from the same or closely related proponents for both RFPs will not be accepted. MODC uses the bids&tenders™ Bidding System.
