- Invitation to prequalification for the ministry of health (ministry) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to assist in the design and pre-print production of the provincial health officer (pho) annual report and other feature reports. The contractor(s) will be responsible for providing theme, concept and page layout appropriate for the subject matter of the reports and deliver a finished pre-print report for professional printing, and a web pdf version of the report for the pho website.

the ministry may select up to two (2) contractors to provide services on an as, if and when requested basis. The ministry will determine how best to utilize the services and makes no guarantees as the minimum or maximum number of hours of work required of each contractor to perform the services. The number of reports required by the pho varies from year to year. The length and complexity of the reports required also varies. These are essential services for publications, and require a specialized skill set. Services will be performed at the contractors place of business.
the initial term of the contract is expected to be a two-year term from the date of contract signing. At the discretion of the ministry, the contract may be extended for one additional two-year term. The maximum available for the initial term of the project is $135,000.
