- The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified Consultants to complete detailed design, tender preparation for construction works, and if Awarded, future Contract Administration & Inspection services for the preferred option of Hunt Street from Dowty Road to Westney Road.
In addition to the detailed design, this project is to include a preliminary design to determine the feasibility of extending the EA recommended cross-section (Figure 2), from Dowty Road to Harwood Avenue. Although this segment of Hunt Street is outside of the EA study area, the continuous activate transportation requirement along the Hunt Street corridor (Harwood Avenue to Westney Road) has been identified in the Town-s 2019 Integrated Transportation Master Plan. The preliminary design is to identify the requirement for land acquisition as well as any utility relocation work and associated costs for future implementation of the EA recommended cross-section from Dowty Road to Harwood Avenue. - Documents :
