Description:
The Chief and Council of Skownan First Nation are submitting a request for proposals for design/build services of a water truck storage garage located at Skownan First Nation.Proposals will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on May 1, 2026. Proponents must submit one (1)-pdf copy of their Proposal by email to:JR Cousin Consultants Ltd.jdyck@jrcc.caThe works for this project include the design and construction of an Emergency Services Building. The works include, but are not limited to, the supply and installation of: a 320 m2, 4-bay, wood-frame building with steel paneling for the storage of the Community-s water delivery trucks, building shall be considered a “Post Disaster” building as defined by the National building Code of Canada, building to include a vestibule, office, washroom and a mechanical/electrical room, building electrical, ventilation, mechanical and in-floor heating system; clearing, preparation, and filling of building site; engineered foundation for building; gravel approach and parking area complete with site grading and drainage; perimeter fencing and gates; water and sewer servicing.Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
