The Cochrane District Services Board ("CDSB") ("Owner"), a regional service-delivery organization responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering provincially mandated programs throughout the Cochrane District in Northern Ontario, invites submissions for design-build services for four (4) multi-unit residential properties in Timmins, Ontario.A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 1:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
