- The Town of Halton Hills is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced proponents (including joint venture arrangements) to provide a new Fuel Depot and Fuel Management System at the Robert C. Austin Operations Centre located at 11620 Trafalgar Road, in Halton Hills. The envisaged depot consists of a concrete platform, three above-ground fuel tanks, lighting, partially enclosed user kiosk, cloud-based fuel management system, and back-up generator.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
