Description:
The purpose of this RFSQ is to invite respondents to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, carrying out a comprehensive deep energy retrofit of the Ramsay Wright Laboratories building located at 25 Harbord Street on the U of T St. George campus under an energy performance design-build contract. This project will have a strong focus on, but is not limited to, Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) conversions, modernizing and integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS), and asset renewal.As part of their RFSQ response, Respondents (the Energy Partner) will indentify and highlight their experience as a Solutions Developer, and that of their project team members: Design and Engineering, Delivery Management (construction and commissioning), and Measurement & Verification. The University is seeking to shortlist up to three qualified Respondents to participate in the second stage RFP.
