- Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055 (Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act) and Tamarac City Code, Section 6-151(2), Professional Services. The City of Tamarac seeks to identify firms with substantial experience and capabilities to propose Design / Build Services regarding the project outlined in the RFP documents. This proposal is issued pursuant to and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Article VII “Financial Procedures,” Section 7.11, “Requirements for Public Bidding, of the City of Tamarac Charter; and Chapter 6 “Finance and Taxation”, Article V, the Tamarac Procurement Code.
The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to submit proposals (RFQ-s) for the Design/Build of the Citywide Precast Buffer Wall Pine Island Road North Project along Pine Island Road (NW 88th Avenue). The proposed project site is located on the west side of Pine Island Road between NW 79th street and NW 81st street, Tamarac, Florida 33321 (see site map attached herein as Exhibit 1). The proposed work shall include, but not limited to, site preparation, demolition, construction & installation of approximately 1,667 linear feet of a new pre-cast concrete buffer wall system with a decorative keystone limerock style finish on front face of wall panels (Pine Island Road & local street side) and associated work, grading, tree removal/protection, utility relocations, coordination of private utilities relocations, coordination with Broward County, restoration, landsc... - Documents :
