- SFRFP 250033, Design Services - Four (4) Short Span Bridges The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (MoH) requires professional engineering services for design of four (4) bridges and preparation of detailed construction drawings for each bridge. MoH is planning to replace the following existing bridges with new bridges: Project 1 (Cowan River & Waterhen River): Replacement of existing bridges on Highway No. 55 over Cowan River located at: C.S. 55-13, km 1.37, West of Big River, and Highway No. 903 over Waterhen River C.S. 903-01, km 48.4, North of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Project 2 (Cowan River & Beaver River): Replacement of existing bridges on Highway No. 155 over Cowan River located at: C.S. 155-01, km 15.4, North of Green Lake, and Highway No.155 over Beaver River located at: C.S. 155-01, km 25.8, North of Green Lake, Saskatchewan.
