- This Request for Proposals is an invitation by SaskPower to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the design and supply of galvanized steel tubular structures based on design requirement drawings provided by SaskPower as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the " Goods"), including but not limited to: direct embedded h-frame, direct embedded guyed dead-end structures; angle structures; few self-supporting structures with concrete caisson foundations; and delivery and offloading of structures at identified project material site(s).Both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF versions of the RFP and Appendix C - Form of Agreement are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version, the PDF version shall prevail.
