Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is a request by the Town of Maple Creek (the “Town”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the Planning, Design and Construction of the Maple Creek Community Swimming Pool, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B, the “Deliverables”). The Town is seeking Proposals for design services (including professional architectural, structural, engineering and mechanical services) and physical construction of an outdoor swimming pool facility complete with a change room/office building. The project site location is: 710 Dawson Street, Maple Creek, SK. The Town of Maple Creek is located in Southwest Saskatchewan, 115 km west of Swift Current. The Town has a population of approximately 2,200 residents. The new swimming pool will serve the Town of Maple Creek, surrounding communities, Nekaneet First Nation and visitors during the summer months.
