Description:
The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consulting firms to provide site plans, architectural, and engineering design services for the retrofit of the former Vincent Massey Public School located at 1520 Cumberland Street, Cornwall Ontario. The Vincent Massey School project will convert existing classroom space into community housing and community programming space. This may also include the design of tiny homes for inclusion on the property. The scope of work to be completed by the Proponent includes: a site plan with functional design study and space/needs analysis, schematic and detailed building design, storm water management plan, interior design, landscaping design, preparation of tender specifications and contract documents, obtain site plan, obtain building permits, construction supervision and administration, building commissioning and post-construction services.
