Description:
The Contractor is to supply all labour, demolition, equipment and materials to carry out the work to provide a complete project for the Transit Office Building as shown on Drawings and in accordance with the Specifications as directed by the Consultant.
General overview of work as follows:
.1 Remove existing Transit Office Trailer building and dispose.
*Disconnect existing services including electrical, sanitary and water prior to removal.
*The Owner will remove all furniture, fixtures to be salvaged for re-use. .
* Prior to removal, the existing LED lights are to be removed by the contractor and turned over to the Owner.
.2 Supply and install the new Transit Office Building as further outlined in the drawings provided including:
*Structural Systems include foundations, concrete slab on grade, loadbearing walls and pre-engineered wood trusses.
*Architectural Systems include building envelope systems, interior and exterior doors, windows, wall systems, ceiling finishes, millwork, floor finishes, washroom accessories, barrier free devices and signage.
* Exterior Works including regrading to suit new building ensuring the existing stormwater management pond grading is not altered, exterior concrete walkways, asphalt patching.
* Mechanical Systems including sanitary, water service and connection to existing services, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, ductwork, diffusers, baseboard heaters, wall heaters and hot water tank.
