DES Electrification Project- Coordinator and Commissioning Services

Description : In this project we are combining the services of a Project Coordinator and Commissioning Agent (CxA) together. The Project Coordinator/CxA will work with Brock staff and other stakeholders (e.g., contractors and Consultants) in the design, construction and commissioning of Brock-s DES Electrification. The Successful Proponent will work within the constraints of the campus infrastructure to serve Main Campus buildings via the DES. The Project Coordinator/CxA will need to investigate the existing campus infrastructure to understand how it currently works and safely implement a more energy efficient DES, using more electricity and less natural gas. The ultimate goal of the DES Electrification project is to reduce scope 1 carbon emissions at Brock while maintaining/increasing the campus- resilience.
